Description

Our Garden Distribution organization is searching for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead to work at our warehouse/distribution facility in Easton, PA. This position requires an individual who is safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Perform work in accordance with established safety policies and procedures; and comply with all work rules, standards, instructions, and requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace for all shipping employees. 
  • Ensure all orders are pulled in a timely, efficient manner and accurate manner.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities (shipping/receiving, labor management, inventory management)
  • Follow and implement required safety procedures. Assist in training and keeping all employees trained and up to date on company standards.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members.
  • Work well with coworkers and be flexible in performing a variety of job tasks.
  • Able to carry out the above responsibilities and all others that may be assigned in a manner that demonstrates good judgment, common sense, support and adherence to Central’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Policy and Procedures and the Ethics Policy.
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 3+ years warehouse experience preferred.
  • Associate’s degree is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, analyze and interpret documents relating to the job, function or project assignment by making decisions when identifying in-process problems, and the ability to deal with a variety of job assignments.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Experienced supervising warehouse team members.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.  
WORKING CONDITIONS  
  • Manual labor required in position (i.e. lifting 50 lb. bags/cases of materials).
  • Daily use of industrial equipment (i.e. forklift).
